  • What is your return policy?
    We only accept returns for broken or faulty products. Before shipping the product, please send photos to hoot@somberowl.com for review. The item must be in unused and original condition, and packaging must be intact. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue you a refund. This refund will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the product. You will need to ship the broken or faulty product back to somber owl in order to receive a refund. ​Please be aware customers will be responsible for shipping costs coverage on all returns and restocking fees may apply. Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. We have the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Shipping times may vary due to high demand. We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. To ensure that your order is processed and shipped quickly, please double check your order information before submitting it. Import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
